Excessive Speeding

If a Bucks County driver is convicted of speeding 31 miles per hour or more over the posted speed limit, the driver will have to attend a Departmental Hearing. Once PennDot reviews the hearing file, one or both of the following will be initiated:

  1. 15-Day License Suspension
  2. Special On-Road Driver’s Examination

If a 15-day suspension penalty is given to the Bucks County driver, his or her driving record will show 5 points once license is reinstated. Failure to attend this Departmental Hearing will result in a 60-day license suspension to the Bucks County driver.

Don’t be convicted of a speeding ticket in Bucks County while driving faster than 31 m.p.h. over the speed limit. Hire an experienced Bucks County speeding ticket lawyer such as Caterina Saile, Esq. of Saile & Saile LLP.
