Bucks County Veterans Treatment Program

The Bucks County Veterans Treatment Program is a special, problem-solving court that provides comprehensive treatment and alternative sentencing options for our combat veterans who have honorably served their country. The program is a collaborative effort of the Court of Common Pleas, the District Attorney’s Office, the Public Defender’s Office, the Bucks County Bar Association, the County Department of Veterans Affairs and the US Department of Veterans Affairs.

The goals of the Bucks County Veterans Treatment Program are to:

  • Assign a mentor who can assist with getting proper treatment, benefits, and services that are available to veterans
  • Reduce the amount of time a veteran will spend in custody and in the criminal justice system
  • Help with employment to ensure the veteran continues to be a productive member of the community

If you are a veteran facing criminal charges such as drug possession or DUI in Bucks County, Pennsylvania call Saile & Saile LLP for help from an experienced criminal defense attorney. We want to help you through this stressful time so that you can get your life back on track.

Our Bucks County criminal defense attorneys understand this process and can help you get accepted into the program.
