Blood Alcohol Level .08% – .099% or Refusal: GENERAL IMPAIRMENT
- Considered an ungraded misdemeanor.

- MINORS WITH .02% B.A.C. or Greater
- C.D.L. DRIVERS WITH .04% B.A.C. or Greater
- SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS WITH .04% B.A.C. or Greater
- ACCIDENT with Damage or Injury
- Considered an ungraded misdemeanor.
