PennDOT Point System
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is the sole agency in charge of driver licensing in Pennsylvania. PennDOT maintains a driving record for every Pennsylvania-licensed driver in Bucks County.
When found guilty of certain driving violations, a Bucks County driver may accumulate points on his or her Pennsylvania driver’s license. If a Bucks County driver has accumulated 6 or more points on his or her license, PennDOT will take corrective action. Failure to comply with PennDOT’s action could result in your license being suspended.
It is often difficult for drivers to navigate through all of PennDOT’s rules and regulations relating to driving privileges. Bucks County traffic ticket specialist, Caterina Saile, Esq., can help you understand those rules and help reduce or eliminate the points and fines associated with your Bucks County traffic violations.
