Point Removal
PennDot does remove points from your driving record for safe driving.
Three points are removed from a Bucks County driver’s record for every 12 consecutive months he or she drives (from the date of the last violation) without a new violation which results in points, license suspension, or license revocation.
Once a Bucks County driver’s record is reduced to zero points, and remains at zero points for 12 consecutive months, any subsequent accumulation of points is treated as the first accumulation of points.
If you have questions about the PennDot driver licensing point system contact Bucks County traffic violation lawyer, Caterina Saile, Esq. of Saile & Saile LLP.
