Red Light Ticket

In Bucks County, Pennsylvania, many drivers are ticketed for failing to stop at a red traffic light. Bucks County drivers sometimes intentionally run a red light if it appears that no one is around. Other times, drivers pass through a Bucks County red light because they believe that the red light is too long or not functioning properly. Whether the Bucks County driver was exhausting a yellow light or totally missed a red traffic light, a red-light violation (75 Pa.C.S.A. ยง3112) is commonly charged with Bucks County DUI-drunk driving.

If a Bucks County police officer catches you running a red light, you will be pulled over. Along with incurring a fine, you will receive 3 points on your license with a Bucks County red light ticket. If you smell like alcohol, you may receive a Bucks County DUI charge in addition to the red-light charge, and you could possibly face jail time.

Practiced and local Bucks County DUI criminal defense and traffic violation attorney Caterina Saile, Esq. tries to eliminate red light violations or minimize any points our clients may incur.
